For my senior thesis, I decided to do a full album rollout, including new vinyl packaging, a lyric video, social content, merchandise, and poster design.
Lush by Snail Mail is an album that I am personally a massive fan of, and I really wanted to push the angsty aesthetic Lindsey Jordan created within this album. Pushing the concept of "snail mail", I wanted the rebrand to call back to the vintage aesthetic of air mail, but skew it to have a much more modern reach. Keeping the colors from the original album design, I thought this more DIY-collaged effect was really fitting for this album and the identity of the group as a whole.
