As a major Star Wars fan, when tasked with the opportunity to focus on designing a vehicle dashboard, I immediately thought to take my knowledge of the saga to develop my own version of what the iconic Millennium Falcon's dashboard could look like. Incorporating extra research into the Millennium Falcon's actual make-up and structure, I was able to use the three droid brains which actually make up the system's engine, as well as my own invention of a face-scan to begin operating the system, featuring C-3PO as the example. The dashboard even includes a targeting system, as well as a stray TIE-fighter coming into the immediate line of fire.
Beginning with facial recognition software, once recognized, the user is able to operate the Millennium Falcon, and the screen shifts from blank, and begins to create all of the important data instruments that is crucial to operating the starship.
